• What is the turnaround time & how will I receive my digital design?
        Due to the nature of digital downloads, there is Zero TAT! Your design is made available to you immediately once your payment is processed. This also means, no shipping! Everything is done virtually & practically immediately! 
  
  
• Do you have a refund policy?
       As listed in the description of every digital file, there are NO refunds on digital items. I cannot prove you have or have not downloaded the item & cannot prove you do not still have it after receiving a refund.
  
  
• TERMS 
  My digitals may not be re-sold or tampered with in ANY way— no adding onto or taking from them. My digitals may not be used in Logos.
  
  No licensing is required at this time for IRL items made for business. EXCLUDING STICKERS! (Purchase Sticker License here)
  
  For the 2022 year (Ending December 31, 2022) no license will be required for selling transfers of my designs. Starting January 1, 2023, a LIFETIME Transfer License will be required. This includes Sublimation transfers, DTF transfers, Screen Prints, White Toner Prints, and anything alike.
  
  All Mockups AND IRL items MUST be watermarked CLEARLY. If I cannot see the watermark, the image may not be used on mine or any other website/group. That includes advertising for your business. NO exceptions.
